Second Year Chapter-1.5

So the week began with the choices of what project we wanted to work on. With each person starting with there idea for a project and now that everyone has put a vote in to what one would do, the tally has been put together to give us a few choices. I decided to do the project called 'Inkling' which is about a little dream bird who gives peoples dreams and when he gets to a certain child he's unable to make her smile and give her pleasant dreams for some reason.
This week we also had to pitch our ideas to our clients (Shelter Box people). I personally think we did a really good job at presenting our pitch. We showed the work we had done on our idea so far ,like the style where planning to do the animation ,what colours where planning to use along with some test shots and of courses the animatic that received a few laughs. The feed back that we where given was very positive. They said that it was very fun and entertaining and that they liked the style and that they where impressed that we where able to pull off humour while portraying there services to a touché cause. 
This week I also got more intel on what I need to do to help the third year project I am on . I have to create a background but the annoying I don't have an image to go on. They have given me a bible of there style but it still places dought in my mind that I haven't created a piece of work in the correct style.

These are the two test shots that I created for the presentation. They need some work but they did the job of giving an idea of what the final animation will look like.
